Shadow in the Sun James Halls snapped the metal door of the circuit box closed and made sure to lock it before he stretched his tired arms. The giant crisscrossed metal antenna the circuit box belonged to cast a net like shadow over him in the noon day sun. The shadows of other vehicles slipped into and out of the net as cars zoomed and trucks screamed by on the interstate. James watched them as he mentally went over his list of things to do before he could take lunch. His eyes drifted towards his white city van with its flashing yellow lights. Most peShadow in the Sun
